Our Return Policy

We allow returns for purchases made online within 14 days from when you received your purchase, exclusions apply. We will provide a full refund to merchandise that was purchased online, sight unseen. Please email info@pagesargisson.com to request a prepaid return label. If you don’t love the jewelry you have received, please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can make it right.

For purchases made in-person at our store, we allow exchanges only within 14 days, exclusions apply.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized items including Calendar Charms
  • Items that have been personalized with an engraving
  • All Sample Sale Items

Our Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You will be given a store credit which does not expire and can be used any time.

Items may be returned by FedEx or UPS and all merchandise must be in its original condition. We will also accept exchanges or provide a credit within fourteen days of purchase.  

All SAMPLE SALE items are final sale.


Our Repair Policy

The quality of your jewelry is our highest priority. We will provide free repair on any item damaged within 30 days of purchase. Items that need repair after 30 days may be returned by mail, FedEx or UPS. The cost for repair starts at $25 for shipping and handling and small adjustments. Cost for extensive repairs will be evaluated by our team. Please email info@pagesargisson.com to receive a repair authorization number and to coordinate with our repairs department.
