How much does shipping cost?
We offer complementary ground shipping on all orders shipping within the continental United States. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted or requested. Shipping speed to Alaska and Hawaii is based on availability.
For any piece that is made to order, please allow 10-15 business days for your item to be made before shipment.
Once your shipment has been processed you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
Expedited UPS shipping is available for $30.00 and Express Overnight UPS shipping is available for $75. We cannot guarantee any shipping speeds. Saturday delivery is not available everywhere but we are happy to check for you.
For the safety and security of your purchase, Items priced over $600 will have a signature requirement upon delivery unless waived by the customer. If you feel an item has been lost in transit, please contact our team directly at info@pagesargisson.com we can issue a replacement and file a claim for lost or stolen merchandise.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, international shipping is not available directly through our online store. If you wish to make a purchase to be shipped outside of the United States you must reach out directly to our customer service at info@pagesargisson.com and we will process your payment and shipping personally for you.
Page Sargisson Jewelry international shipping fees do not include the duties, taxes and import fees which may be incurred for any order shipping outside of the United States. Each customer is individually responsible for the unique duties, taxes and import fees of their locale.
Your manufacturing time says 10-15 days but I need my piece sooner, what can I do?
If you need your item urgently, please shop from our READY TO SHIP collection, call our office at 212-629-7092 or send an email to info@pagesargisson.com, we always have stock and can help you pick something out and get it in time.
